Why couldn't a mobile phone be just a mobile phone?
By David Stern
The market is full of new cell phone models. They all have cameras, internet, televisions, mp3 players and what not. Guess what - I don't need any of these features in my cell phone! When I buy a cell phone, I want only a cell phone. The only thing I need from it is the ability to communicate with people wherever I am. The other features are more comfortable using other devices I have anyway, and in better quality: I use the internet from my computer I have anyway. I also don't want to be charged monthly for cellular internet. Besides, try to write a Qassia intel from your cell phone. I watch tv from my tv set at home. I really don't need it and can't concentrate in it when I go out. I take pictures from my digital camera. I don't know about you, but I see a big difference in the picture quality. Even a cheep digital camera is a lot better than a cell phone camera. |
